mPING API Licenses
======================

    The mPING API provides access to the mPING report database based on a number of licenses. Each license will provide it's own level of access.

Commercial License
------------------

    Gives full access to all data in mPING report database as well as ability to submit reports to the database.

.. _license-research:

Research License
----------------

    Gives access to all data in mPING report database minus the last 48 hours. No ability to submit reports to the database. Data can not be redistributed or sold.

.. _license-app:

App License
-----------

    Gives ability to sumbit reports to the database and get the last 15 minutes and within 250km of submitted report back. This data can only be used for display to the user who submitted the original report, and can not be collected, archived, or transmitted to anyone else.

.. _license-general:

General User License
--------------------

    Users of http://mping.ou.edu/display will be allowed to view the last four hours of data from the database. Data can not be collected, archived or transmitted to anyone else.
